Avaya IP Office: Missed Hunt Group Calls Incorrectly Displayed In Call Log

Affected Version(s):

R9.1.5 (possibly also affecting earlier builds of R9.1)

Problem Details:

Missed Hunt Group calls are showing in a user’s call log, despite not being selected to show.

Cause:

This is caused by a bug in the R9.1.5 build.

Solution:

Upgrade to R9.1.5 (if not already running R9.1.5) and obtain the following patch from Avaya Tech Support:

Critical Patch 9.1.5.6 build 1 for IP500v2/Server Edition
